Ice Rolls Factory in Dresden

Soft ice cream formed into rolls on a plate, so no classic IceRolls. Were there in midsummer, many of the ingredients were sold out. Only smarties or nuts are possible as toppings. The staff made us feel like we were bothering us and they would rather continue chatting. Portion size huge, but still completely overpriced!

We were there at 4:57 p.m. and it was said: "From 5:00 p.m. there is only soft ice cream." Poor performance.

Was here again after a year. I think the ice cream parlor has lost its charm. It looked nicer before and that's definitely not just due to Corona.

Has nothing to do with the classic ice rolls. Now you simply put soft ice cream on the chilled plate and roll it into rolls. The price is absolutely out of proportion to what is offered.

Very disappointing. I went there because of the bubble waffles, but they have allegedly not been on offer for a year. Find it cheeky that it continues to lure! Service was either not there or very unfriendly

Absolutely no recommendation Maybe the four employees had a bad day? I would have expected more from the ice cream. No cream nothing ... This is not offered or asked for. So for us not a second time. What a shame :(

Super friendly staff. Despite the large crowds, the time was taken to explain everything. Very delicious ice cream, I find the price fair.

After I did not find any for the fourth time during opening hours today, I unfortunately cannot leave more than one star. The shop door is locked & there is none. If it is up to corona, it would at least be appropriate to hang a note on the door!

Nice staff and a comfy atmosphere with a tiny touch of live food preparation make this a nice location to visit with kids.

We ate the first rolled ice cream and were very surprised. The sundaes are great and taste great you can watch while preparing and customize your own mug. Staff is very friendly.

The ice cream is delicious and definitely worth the experience. Unfortunately, it melts relatively quickly and is not necessarily cheap, but it does provide a nice show, as the IceRollsFactory employees work the ice directly behind a small glass front on chilled plates.

The waffles are delicious to die for. But the ice? Do not skin it. That's why only 4 stars. The store, however, is built in a cute retro style.

For the first time been here today. For the first time ordered the basil strawberry Ice Rolls. And I have to say never eaten so delicious and fresh tasting ice cream! Just awesome!!! Super friendly and accommodating served. Everything perfect!!!

If you want to eat the rolled ice cream here you should bring some time at the weekend soft ice cream is very fast ... we only had the bad luck that the whole fruit was empty and just new prepared .... Staff is very nice. ... Value for money well with € 6.90 not so cheap but the taste was good .... look is of course cool ...

It's full of ice cream and naughty sweets, rock on! It's got a US diner sort of feel.

Icecream tasted great, there was a long line and there was only one person there taking orders and making the rolls so it took very long before we could order. over 100 different flavors on the icecreams

The best ever.

It is too expensive for what you get, for example you pay 7€ and get one waffle base and whipped cream some chocolate sauce on it. And if you ask for one with fruits, then its not possible to get it with nutella on it...

The taste is good, but the staff is not freindly
